Caine- It is very hard, Adam does seem to be better than the rest of us at the mo but I'm sure we will all get it.

Emmab - Haven't used the book yet, they are 2 much like instructions...........men don't read them

Nige- It is harder on grass but the falls hurt less. lol

Saddle looks a bit low - having it low will make mounting easier, but riding will be harder. Also, sit up straight when riding. Hard at first, but makes it easier in the long run.

Conventional unicycling wisdom runs that as long as you're falling off forwards, you're learning.

Took me a good six weeks to learn mine, that was on tarmac though, not grass.

Thank you all very much for the tips, I'm going to try on tarmac and against a wall for a bit to try and get my balance.
